PRIVACY / AI BILLIONAIRES

Your company.
Your device.

Effective 8 October 2026.

This policy describes AI Billionaires, its playable browser preview, and this website. The game and website are operated by Chang-Hsien Liu, publishing as mr5am. Privacy questions can be sent to support@mr5am.com.

The short version

The game has no player accounts or cloud-save service. Game progress and local gameplay measurements stay on your device. We do not include advertising, tracking, or remote analytics SDKs in the current game. Website delivery, Apple purchases, and emails to support are described separately below.

1. Game data stays local

The game stores progress, company settings, resource balances, achievements, preferences, and local gameplay events on your device using the app’s storage or your browser’s local storage. Local events help describe gameplay, such as launches and milestones; they are not automatically sent to us.

The iPhone game also keeps transaction identifiers locally to avoid crediting the same Clout purchase more than once. We do not operate a backend that receives your save or these local events. If you choose to export or share game information, the information leaves your device only through the destination you choose.

“AI” is the theme of the game. Gameplay does not submit your text to a remote AI service. You are not asked to create an account, provide a real name, or upload contacts, photos, or location to play.

2. Optional App Store purchases

The iPhone version uses Apple’s StoreKit service for optional in-app purchases. Apple processes payment authorization and applies its own privacy practices. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. The app receives product information and verified transaction information to deliver the purchased Clout.

Apple may provide developers with sales reports or platform diagnostics under its developer services. These are separate from the game’s local save and are handled under Apple’s terms and privacy controls. See Apple’s privacy information.

3. Website hosting and the web preview

This site and the direct browser game are hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Cloudflare may process such information for delivery, security, and service operation under its own terms. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

This website does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies. It does not create a mailing-list profile. Fonts and artwork are served from our site rather than third-party font or image services.

On the Play page, the game loads from ai-billionaires.pages.dev only after you press Start. It uses browser storage to save your progress. Some browsers partition embedded storage; the direct-game link is available if you prefer to open that origin separately. Hosting providers or browsers may use storage or technical measures needed to deliver and secure the service.

4. If you contact support

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as a message, screenshot, device information, or purchase-support details. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and handle your request. Email providers process the message to deliver and store it.

Send only what is needed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or unrelated personal information. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them to data brokers.

5. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Local game data remains until you remove it, delete the app, or your browser or device removes the storage. Clearing data can permanently remove your progress and game balances. We do not have a server copy to restore. Device backups, if enabled, are controlled by your operating system and backup provider.

We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, resolve follow-up issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact support@mr5am.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Cloudflare and Apple apply their own retention policies to data they process. You can manage browser site data, device backup settings, and Apple privacy settings through the relevant browser or service. There is no game account to delete.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. Information may be processed by the providers needed for hosting, email, and App Store operations, or disclosed where required by law. Those providers may operate in countries other than yours.

Links to Apple, Cloudflare, or other external websites open services with their own privacy practices. Choosing to share a game card through another app is governed by that app’s practices.

7. Children

The game does not ask players to provide an age or personal profile. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review the request and delete the information where appropriate. App Store age ratings and device-level parental purchase controls are separate from this policy.

8. Policy changes

If the game or website changes how it handles data, we will update this page and its effective date. Adding online accounts, remote analytics, or advertising would require a new review of these practices and the corresponding App Store disclosures.
