Help us find the problem
Include your device model, operating system, app version (or browser), what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot and the steps to reproduce the issue are useful.
Please don’t send passwords, Apple Account credentials, payment-card details, or verification codes. If we need information about a purchase, we’ll explain what is needed.
Is the iPhone game available?
The full iPhone game is being prepared for release. The free web preview is available now and stops at a $1M fictional company valuation. There is no App Store release date to announce yet.
I can’t see my browser progress
Use the same browser, profile, device, and game address. Try opening the game directly if you previously played there. Some browsers isolate embedded-game storage, so an embedded preview may not show a save from the direct game.
Private browsing, clearing site data, or a browser’s storage cleanup can remove progress. There is no game account, server backup, or automatic cloud sync, so we may not be able to recover a deleted local save. Do not clear storage as a first troubleshooting step.
The preview won’t load
Try the direct game link in a current browser. Browser extensions or privacy settings may block embedded content. You do not need to disable protections for unrelated websites.
In-app purchases and Clout
The iPhone game offers optional fixed-amount Clout packs for shortcuts and cosmetic styles. Clout, cash, Hype, and company valuations are game resources; they cannot be redeemed for real money. The browser preview does not sell Clout.
Prices and payment authorization come from Apple. If an approved purchase does not appear, reopen the app with an internet connection. Avoid deleting the app or repeatedly purchasing the same pack while troubleshooting. Contact support with the pack name and approximate purchase time, without sending your Apple credentials.
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Use Apple’s purchase-support site for your purchase history or to request a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable consumer law.
Offline earnings look lower than expected
Offline earnings have a limited time window and depend on your research and active production. They do not accumulate endlessly. Research can improve the window and efficiency; check your current game upgrades.
